In the daily use of centrifugal pumps, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the centrifugal pump products used in order to prolong its life, equipment is not easy to break down. The daily maintenance of centrifugal pumps should do the following:

1. The liquid and dust or other dirt on the centrifugal pump unit and the centrifugal pump pipeline should be wiped regularly to keep the centrifugal pump clean.

2. The lubricating grease in the bearing of centrifugal pump should also be replaced regularly. For example, all horizontal centrifugal pump products are usually equipped with sliding bearings. All centrifugal pump products equipped with sliding bearings should be replaced after using for about 100 hours, and the lubricating oil of rolling bearings should be replaced every 300-500 hours later.

3. If it is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump with packing seal, check and adjust the tightness of packing at any time.

4. Check and tighten loose bolts and nuts regularly.

5. Clean up the suspended matter in the pool regularly, so that the centrifugal pump intake pool is clean, in order to prevent the impurities blocking the intake pipe and being sucked into the pump after breaking the impeller or blocking in the pump body.

The daily maintenance of centrifugal pumps is very important. If the daily maintenance of centrifugal pumps is not done well, a new centrifugal pump will probably fail soon after it is used.
