Installation and calibration of agricultural water pumps is the key first step. Although the pump units have been calibrated when they leave the factory, they will be deformed or loosened in varying degrees due to transportation and assembly. Therefore, the pump should be installed and calibrated at the same time.

The overall installation steps are as follows:

1. Get out the grease and dirt on the base and put the base on the foundation.

2. Check the base level with a level meter, and then leveling with a wedge iron.

3. Water the bolt holes in the base and foot with cement.

4. After cement drying, check whether the bolt holes in the base and foot are loose, tighten the bolt properly, and re-check the level.

5. Clean the support plane, pump foot and motor foot of the base, and install the pump and motor on the base.

6. Check and adjust the coincidence of pump and motor axis, check the consistency of pump axis and motor axis center line, the difference between the upper and lower sides of the outer circle of the two couplings is not more than 0.1 kilometers, can be adjusted by thin slices to concentric them; the end face of the two couplings has clearance of 2-3 millimeters.
